At FlowCity, we understand that choosing the right tool matters. To support your decision-making, we offer product samples under specific conditions.

1. Who Can Request Samples?

Samples are available for:

  • Bulk buyers and B2B customers

  • Product reviewers and resellers

  • Clients with ongoing projects requiring multiple tools

2. How to Request a Sample

To request a sample:

  • Contact us via email at contact@flowcity.xyz

  • Include your business name, product(s) of interest, and intended use

We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Sample Availability

  • Not all products are available for sampling

  • Some samples may be non-functional display models

  • Shipping fees may apply depending on location

4. Return of Samples

Samples sent for review or evaluation must be returned within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. If damaged or not returned, charges may apply.

5. FlowCity’s Rights

We reserve the right to approve or deny any sample request at our discretion.
